Request service
Show the office what happened—without pretending it is booked.
Share what you can safely observe. The office will receive the request and must confirm availability.
Plain form
The reliable path works without AI.
The request is stored before the office notification is attempted. If notification is delayed, the request stays queued for retry.
Sending request
If sending fails, call (812) 555-0113 or email mac@earnedkeep.com.
Optional intake assistant
Describe the request in a conversation.
If you complete the intake, the request is stored and sent to the office. It remains requested only until the office confirms.
Questions and boundaries
What this experience can—and cannot—do.
Does sending a request book an appointment?
No. A request records a preferred contact window; the office must review availability and confirm any appointment.
Can the website give an exact price?
Not unless the company has supplied a written, owner-approved pricing policy for that exact work. Site copy should collect context and let the office quote.
Which locations are served?
The exact address must be checked against the company’s owner-approved service area. A city name on a page does not guarantee availability at every address.
What should I include in a request?
Share the property location, a safe description of what you can see or hear, when it started, and a reliable phone or email. Do not open equipment or enter danger to collect details.
Can I inspect the roof myself?
Do not climb onto a roof for a website request. Describe what you can see from the ground or inside and let a qualified person plan access.
Does a leak mean I need replacement?
Not necessarily. A leak can have different causes and extent; an onsite assessment is needed before scope is known.
Will insurance pay?
The roofer and website cannot promise insurer coverage or claim outcome. The policyholder and insurer determine coverage.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos can supply context if taken safely, but they may not show substrate, moisture, access, layers, dimensions, or code-related scope.
How long will a roof last?
Service life varies with material, installation, ventilation, weather, maintenance, and building conditions. Do not publish a number without an owner-approved, qualified basis.
Do you offer emergency tarping?
Publish that only when the owner confirms scope, hours, area, safety limits, and price policy. A request is not dispatch confirmation.
